Stephan Mairesse
Stephan Mairesse is a cynologist; a specialist in dog training techniques and behavior troubles. He has been working with dogs since 1999.
He works in Europe, Middle East, Africa, North America and Asia.
He trains dogs for elite police units to detect explosives. He teaches and trains futur dog trainers, breeders and dog walkers. He gives conferences about aggressiveness and he gives workshops in schools to explain children how to behave with dogs to avoid bites. He provides pet therapy workshops for inmates in prisons. He has trained many dog rescue association’s staff in several countries. He is a teacher, author, and director of dog training films. He has bred dogs and he has lived with a pack of 20 dogs in his home.
He has studied dogs, theoretically and empirically, researching and practicing many different training techniques and methods. And he is still studying dogs in parts of the world where there are many street dogs (Indonesia and India).

- Invited by the city of Metz (France) for a conference on dog aggression.
- Member of the Jury for the Ministry of Agriculture, responsible for monitoring training in schools issuing a state diploma in dog training.
2007
- Collaboration with the SPA (french dogs rescue association) of Vaux-le-Pénil. Its mission was to help adopters solve behavioral problems with their new companion.
- TV show: Public Senat: "Bouge la France" by Pierre Sled . Participation in the program on the provisions of laws concerning the dogs known as “dangerous”. With Georges Sarre, french deputy, Madame Perrigueux, municipal councilor responsible for the integration of animals in the environment urban and Stephan Mairesse, cynologist.
