I’m a keynote speaker and trainer on culture - I share useful insights and do ridiculous stunts on stage - and I write books.

Basically, I remind people of something simple (but surprisingly rare): Having FUN gets more stuff DONE. Seriously. Fun at work (done right) makes people more productive and more creative - and the benefits don’t stop there.

I studied engineering physics (lots of math), then did a Master’s in Environmental Engineering (less math-y, more people-y). But I wanted to solve problems that actually helped people.

I got curious: Why are some workplaces inspired while others struggle?

I researched creativity, collaboration, and culture. Spoiler: Culture matters - a lot. Productivity, talent, innovation - it all ties back to culture.

Meanwhile, I was also an entertainer (mostly juggling) and an educator. They even let me teach at McMaster University for a decade! So I sort of combined it all…
