As an author & speaker, Kelly explores themes of resilience, finding your own path to inner peace, and the importance of using your voice.

Her published writing debut, Finding Ease in the compilation book When the Universe Said Hello Back, is about how her experience with a difficult childhood led her to embrace all versions of herself to eventually find her inner peace. Kelly hopes to inspire others to embrace all versions of themselves and explore their own journeys to Finding Ease.

Professionally, she runs two consulting companies that help growing companies scale and execute effectively: Kairos Studio & Business Rhythms.

Originally from California, Kelly now lives with her husband in beautiful Miami.
