My name is Carrie Hughes, and I have been writing inspirational poetry since I was young. I am the debut author of Among The Daffodils, an inspirational poetry collection. For many years, I kept my poetry private. Recently, I decided to share my work on TikTok, hoping it might inspire or connect with others the way poetry has for me. The encouragement I have received has been an incredible force in bringing my poetry book to life.

My poetry is rooted in hope, healing, self-discovery, inspiration and personal growth, with the aim of inspiring others on their own journeys of transformation and inner peace. I believe every poem tells a story and brings us on a journey to find hope, even in challenging times.

Drawing on the emotions of the seasons and capturing my love of nature, my hope is to uplift, inspire and find strength through poetry in all of life's moments.
