Bob Belber

Born in Riverhead and raised in Montauk, New York, he fell in love with writing in fifth grade and won a Read Magazine award. He spent his youth on the ocean with his fisherman father, once watching a Russian submarine surface beside their boat.

He worked in advertising, then managed the Colonie Coliseum starting in 1983. For 32 years, he has run MVP Arena in Albany, booking over 5,000 events. He met music legends and shares those stories in Life With The Stars (2024).

He won Executive of the Year in 2016 and three GM of the Year Awards. Family comes first. He dedicated his book to his wife Bobbie
