CeCe Sanchez

CeCe is the creator of the Artistry of Alchemy, an expressive collection of transformational embodied practices. For over three decades she has supported individuals' emotional processes through art, mindfulness, journaling, and meditation. An impassioned teacher she nurtures community and intentional creativity through Artistry of Alchemy transformational journeys and retreats that include transformational dance, circles, and art creation.

Her approach to healing through art and intentional creativity is empowering, and CeCe seeks to elevate, awaken, and support the authentic self by accessing higher creativity.

She believes that creativity is a birthright and our natural way of expressing ourselves, and it matters because it is how we give back our gifts to the world. Creativity inspires new ways of seeing and helps one to be more alive, motivated, and fulfilled. CeCe's work encourages play and self-discovery to recover one's natural, authentic self in tune with nature and provides a space to fall in love with oneself. It is CeCe’s philosophy that when we are in love, we can heal and see others as ourselves and how we all belong.
