Sarah Gannon

I am a Senior Occupational Therapist with 17 years experience working with children with disabilities.  My 6 year old daughter has CHARGE Syndrome which affects her vision, hearing, smell, balance, coordination, communication, feeding, regulation, and digestion skills.  Despite all of her differences, she is a bright, engaging and fun little girl who just wants to connect with people, and laugh and play like any other child.  I hope this book will help children, and their parents, to learn to see beyond what looks different and embrace everyone for who they are.
