Con Constandis

Con is a global C-level executive with operational experience in Asia, Europe, USA and Canada, and a proven success record in developing strategic frameworks and leading organizational change in dynamic situations across both mature and emerging markets. He is known for a strong leadership mindset and for adapting to the challenges of cultural and organizational complexity.... no matter where!

Con has leveraged his wide range of experience in finance, business development, strategy, diversity. cultural adaptation, and leadership across many personal and professional interests over the years. His Board level experience has included public companies, start-ups, industry associations, complex Joint Venture structures and Not for Profit associations (local and international). He has also received many accolades and recognitions over his career, including appointment as a Knight in the Legion of Honor for France. However, what he is most proud of is the opportunity that sprung in recent years to share his knowledge and experience with the leaders of the future. That came when he took a part-time teaching position with his post graduate alma mater - The John Molson School of Business (Concordia) in Montreal, Canada.

Working with Dr. Matthaus Tekathen (Chair of Accountancy, JMSB) and Ian Gergovich (lifelong friend and retired partner from PwC), they launched an innovative program for MBA students aimed at exposing young professionals to the real-world application of their acquired learnings. By reinforcing fundamentals and introducing actual experience, they essentially married a "World of Knowledge" with "Knowledge of the World". That experience bred Con's first publication; "Finding the Suite Spot - Preparing YOUR journey into the Boardroom"

Being able to share this book with future leaders, means more to Con than anything he could ever do on a golf course, so Royalties have been pledged for reinvestment in further "experiential learning" initiatives at graduate schools.
