Jon Finn

Jon Finn spent 25 years teaching history before he began writing the story that history forgot to

record.

The Immortal Conquest Series is the result of a lifetime's immersion in the ancient world - the

politics of Rome, the dust of first-century Judea, the battlefield strategies of the legions, and the

quieter, stranger stories that exist in the spaces between the history books. When Jon writes

about Jacob walking through the streets of Nazareth or navigating the court of a Roman general,

the authority in those pages comes from decades of study. No other author in vampire fiction

brings that depth of historical knowledge to the genre.

Beyond the classroom, Jon has served in the military, worked across multiple continents,

performed in a semi-professional rock band, and drawn on the kind of varied, lived experience

that gives his fiction its authenticity.

The Immortal Conquest Series currently spans three books. Genesis of a Vampire is available

now. Shadow of the Legions will be released 31st of October 2026. Book Three arrives May 2027.
