Nicole Mercer

I am a mother of two daughters, 25 and 22, of whom I am incredibly proud. I raised them as a single mother from the time I split with their Dad when they were 5 and 2. I have worked in post-production for over twenty years and love creativity. I am passionate and always looking for different ways of expressing my creativity. This story, 'Who's Going to Cook the Sausages?' has been in my head for 20 years, and I am so thrilled it is now in print.
