Andrea Masala

My name is Andrea, and I hail from Cagliari, Italy.

I work as a Senior International Job & Career Advisor, hold the title of ASNOR & NCDA Certified Labour Guide, and am also a Leadership Trainer, Writer, Blogger, and the Founder of Career Formulas.

My academic background is in Languages and Communication, which I pursued at university to foster connections with people. Subsequently, I focused on International HR Management, as I found joy in helping teams reach their objectives.

In the initial phase of my career, I ventured through various cities, residing in Riga, Warsaw, Milan, Dubai, Turin, and Krakow.

With a decade of experience as a Recruiter for leading multinationals like Siemens, GM, Primark, Microsoft, GSK, and Nestlé, I gained a deep understanding of HR, leadership and recruitment processes. I earned three promotions, ultimately rising to the role of People Manager, yet I still felt a sense of dissatisfaction.

Consequently, I decided to resign and enhance my Career Guidance & Professional Orientation expertise by pursuing another Master's degree.

In 2025, I embarked on my entrepreneurial path and established Career Formulas.

Career Formulas is an all-encompassing initiative aimed at assisting individuals in navigating the intricate job market and achieving greater success. I'm also a proud member of the American NCDA (National Career Development Association) and ASNOR (Italian Association of Labour Guides).
