Tami Shaw is a dynamic keynote speaker and workshop facilitator, passionate about using radically simple ideas to evoke empathy, provoke strategic thinking, and develop extraordinary communicators. Tami has spent her career as a people-development expert with nearly two decades focused on training, communications, and organizational systems design.

Through their company Positive Strategery, Tami and her husband Joe provide speaking, training, and consulting that helps organizations and teams gain clarity to maximize impact.

Her series of dream jobs has included: teaching 8th grade math in Arizona, innovating as the head of professional development in Oklahoma’s third-largest public school district, and serving companies in her community with affordable training through the local career-tech center.
