Richard Hernandez

Richard's journey is a testament to transformation. Raised in the street and gang culture, he was a high school dropout and a troubled youth—until a radical encounter with Jesus at the age of 16 changed everything. At 26, Richard founded his own engineering and electronics manufacturing company in the Bay Area while serving as a youth pastor. His passion for ministry and business allowed him to impact lives in multiple arenas.​ In 2020, Richard stepped into the role of Lead Pastor of Family Life Church in San Jose. In this new season of leadership, he remains deeply connected to his roots—continuing to inspire, mentor, and rise above the influence of the world and follow the way, Follow Jesus.
