My dad, was a spiritual man, yet he still worried a lot about his kids. In fact as he was nearing the end of his life he told me that he wished he hadn’t wasted so much of his life with worrying. He could finally as an older man ,see that everything turned out just as it should, according to God’s divine plan.

When I grew up and had kids of my own I understood how much worry can be a part of parenting but I was rescued from my worries !!!!

I had an amazing teacher who taught me a way to worry less. He actually taught me an easy technique to help remind me to truly let go of my worries and entrust my children to the divine.
