My childhood interest in rhyming poetry traveled with me into adulthood, and Rhyming with God: Poetic Prayers & Reflections was published on Ash Wednesday, 2025.

Family and friends call me "Pen," and I've enjoyed writing for as long as I can remember. My name, Penny, eventually made sense to me; I used to question my parents about it.:-)

Born and raised in beautiful Bermuda, I've also had a soulful relationship with movement since childhood. Today, I am honored to partner with God as a Christ-centered embodied movement teacher, freelance writer, and poet.

My love of seniors has blessed me to lead Body Balance and Golden Moments of Gratitude classes for the online Uniper Care community—seniors across America, Canada, and Israel.

A solid background in writing and mind-body-spirit wellness has given me a seat at the table with the amazing board members of LiveLiving International Foundation.
