Alexander Hernandez Ballestero

Alexander Hernández Ballestero. Born in Los Teques, Miranda State, Venezuela.

He began working in industrial carpentry shops as a carpentry assistant.

He took carpentry courses at the El Valle School of Arts and Trades in 1988.

He has worked on various carpentry projects for 30 years.

He started his own company, specializing in the design, manufacture, and installation of kitchen cabinets, closets, and home furniture.

He taught courses in study techniques and teacher induction at the Educational Training Institute (INCE). He later served as a "Basic Carpentry Instructor" at the Institute.

Over the years, he has taught carpentry skills to many people who worked with him in his workshop, and many of these are now independent workers who have founded their own workshops.

From there, the idea of creating his own Carpentry Academy was born, offering private courses using a fast, home-grown, and easy-to-learn teaching method, a method he designed himself, which takes him to the next level: writing.

This is how the idea of these Carpentry manuals was born, so that, in one way or another, he could contribute a little more, awakening that attitude and manual skills that most people possess without realizing it. This also satisfies his own desire to pass on the experience and knowledge acquired over all these years.

The author hopes, with this first manual, to positively reach the readership and commit to continuing to teach Carpentry through different projects that he intends to capture in a collection of manuals that he has already written and is about to publish.
