Léa Steinacker

Dr. Léa Steinacker is a social scientist, entrepreneur, and bestselling author. She explores the intersection of technology, society, and the economy, examining how digital innovations are transforming the way we work, make decisions, and structure our social systems.

She teaches as a lecturer at renowned universities such as the University of St. Gallen, serves on the board of directors of Weleda AG, and is a member of the AI advisory board of Ringier AG.

As the co-founder and Executive Chair of ada, an academy for transformation in the age of AI, she developed a leadership program designed to empower individuals and organizations to actively shape change. Previously, she served as Chief Innovation Officer of WirtschaftsWoche, Germany’s leading business magazine.

Dr. Steinacker holds a Bachelor’s degree from Princeton University, a Master’s degree from the Harvard Kennedy School of Government, and a PhD from the University of St. Gallen.
