Raffaella Verga

Education and Professional Background:

Raffaella Verga holds a degree in Literature with a specialization in psycho-pedagogy and a degree in Psychology. She is a writer and screenwriter. From a young age, she began writing poetry, then short stories, and in 2005 transitioned to novels, the form she finds most fulfilling. In 2014, she discovered the world of cinema and, after completing two screenwriting courses, began writing screenplays.

She is a corporate consultant, coach, NLP Master Practitioner, and civil mediator. Verga provides corporate consulting and psychological-behavioral training for numerous Italian companies. She has also served as a university lecturer for the course “Economics, Law, and Literature” at the ENEL ADR (Alternative Dispute Resolution) Master's Program, focusing on conflict psychology, negotiation techniques, and effective communication.
