Florence Stinglhamber

Florence Stinglhamber is a professor of organizational and human resource psychology at UCLouvain (Belgium). Her current research focuses mainly on perceived organizational and supervisor support, as well as organizational dehumanization. Since 2024, she has served as Vice-Rector for Staff Policy at the same university, striving to apply scientific research findings to improve workplace well-being and foster a fulfilling professional environment.
