Hey there! I’m a proud mom who grew up in the era of “find a good job, stick with it, and retire happy.” You know, when stability was the goal and "dream jobs" were for daydreams. But life has a funny way of showing you there’s more out there. Thanks to my now-grown kids—who somehow turned hobbies into careers—I’ve learned you can actually get paid to do what you love. Mind-blowing, right?

So, here I am, stepping into the next chapter of my life and career, ready to share what I know through my books. Whether it’s dropping knowledge to help others succeed or spinning a tale with my fiction books, my goal is simple: bring value, bring joy, and maybe crack a smile or two along the way.

Now, let’s keep it real—I’m not out here claiming to be an expert in any one field. What I do have is insight, and plenty of it. Years of working full-time while earning my BA in Business Management and Human Resources, raising kids, and just watching people—whether they’re killing it or, completely messing it up. My book content comes from those real-life lessons. I’ve seen what works and what doesn’t, and I’m here to share what I’ve learned in the hopes that it might help the next person on their journey.

When I’m not writing or brainstorming ideas, you can usually find me vibing out to all things Beyoncé—because, you know, Queen Bey is life. From Destiny’s Child classics to her latest hits, her music stays on rotation. I’m a fan of all types of music though, so my playlist can take you from soulful R&B to a little country, and of course some gospel to keep my spirit grounded. When time doesn’t allow me to dive into a good book, you’ll catch me with my headphones on, devouring audiobooks like they’re snacks. It’s my way of sneaking in a good story or some inspiration while life keeps me on the move. I also love coloring and journaling and when I couldn't find what I wanted, I created my own... And now they are available to you as well.
