Emil Everett brings over 20 years of leadership development experience, helping thousands of professionals across North America and Europe. As a highly regarded facilitator and coach, he has worked with over 100 industries, guiding organizations toward transformation through trust-based leadership principles. His expertise includes leading international training quality initiatives and pioneering virtual learning solutions that consistently exceed participant expectations.

Before joining New Amsterdam, Emil spent 15 years as the president and founder of an investment advisory firm and 12 years as president of an insurance and real estate firm. His career includes roles at UBS Financial Services, the Royal Bank of Canada, and HSBC.

Emil, a recognized authority in economic and investment research, has insights on financial markets and the economy that have appeared in Barron’s and The Wall Street Journal.

He holds a B.A. from Wittenberg University and an MBA from Northeastern University, with additional studies at the University at Buffalo’s Center for Entrepreneurial Leadership.

Emil lives in East Hampton, NY, with his wife, Karolyn, and their three teenage sons, who are all avid skiers!
