Andy Wild

Andy Wild is the former Head of Talent, Culture and Change at ABB, a global leader in power and automation. He was the people work- stream lead for establishing ABB’s decentralized operating model, the ABB Way, which transformed the performance and culture of the ABB Group. Previously Head of HR for one of the global business- es that integrated ABB’s acquisition of a large software business. His background comes from being a member of ABB’s internal change consulting team in the UK.

A truly global citizen, he has worked in more than 30 countries and lived in the UK and Dubai, and is now a resident in Zurich, Switzerland, with his wife and daughter.

Andy now splits his time between writing and running his consultancy, the Talent Culture Company.
