Hello, my name is Kay Johnson, also known as “Lala” to my granddaughters, welcome to my world of storytelling! I'm an author fueled by faith, family, and a passion for writing children's books that inspire young hearts and minds. With Jesus as my guiding light, I believe in the magic of words and their power to touch lives. When I'm not penning enchanting tales, I'm busy designing journals that capture the essence of life's moments, inviting you to fill the pages with your own thoughts and dreams.

Life on my ranch is a canvas of adventures! Surrounded by horses, cows, and a joyful pack of dogs, I draw endless inspiration from the beauty of nature and the love of my vibrant family. As part of a big family with eight siblings—yes, eight!—I've accumulated a treasure trove of experiences that inspire my storytelling. Each tale reflects the laughter, lessons, and unforgettable moments shared with my lively crew.

I’m especially grateful for my three beautiful granddaughters, who light up my life and bring a fresh perspective to my writing. With their imaginative spirits, they remind me daily of the wonder in our world, and I strive to share that magic through every book I write.
