Ronald E. Richardson

A native of Baltimore, MD, Ronald E. Richardson graduated from Loyola High School in suburban Blakefield, Maryland in 1971 before attending Northeastern University in Boston, MA, where he received B.S. (1976) and M.S. (1980) degrees in Criminal Justice. Mr. Richardson is licensed to practice law in the states of Maryland since 1987, New York since 1998 and the District of Columbia since 1993. He was a senior attorney with the Law Offices of Peter G. Angelos, P.C. where, for 35 years, he specialized in various forms of mass tort litigation.

Since 2022, Mr. Richardson has been a senior attorney for Murphy Falcon Murphy where he has worked on mass tort, civil rights, police brutality, medical malpractice, personal injury, and product liability cases.

However, the law is not his only passion. He has strong faith in Jesus Christ. He served as chair of the Deacon Board of Bel Forest Baptist Church from 1999 to 2000. In 2006, he authored Oneness With God: A Christian Attorney’s Analysis of What it Means to be Created in the Image and After the Likeness of God. Mr. Richardson received the Agape Literary Award at the Apollo Theater in New York for this book and a second edition was published in 2023. Mr. Richardson is often invited to speak about his book and has taught courses on his book at the Mount Pleasant Life Changing Christian Institute in Baltimore, Maryland and the AMES United Methodist Church in Bel Air, Maryland. He obtained a Certificate in Biblical Studies from the Capital Bible Seminary in Lanham, Maryland in May 2012. He is an active member in prayer and Bible Study groups.

Mr. Richardson has also engaged in various video productions. In 2001, he sought and obtained financing to produce, through the Monumental City Bar Foundation and in conjunction with Maryland Public Television, Color at The Bar. In 2004, he assisted in the organization and supervision of the production of Maryland State Bar Association: An Oral History featuring remarks from 24 MSBA past presidents from 1974-2004. He was Executive Producer in the CBS production, 1ST & Goal in the Bronx: Grambling vs. Morgan 1968, a documentary on the HBCU championship game held in Yankee stadium months after Dr. King’s assassination.

Mr. Richardson’s greatest passion is his family. He is married to Ella, his wife of 38 years and has two children, Brea and Delsin.
