Susan Pons is a native of North Carolina and was selected as one of the first students to attend the North Carolina School of the Performing Arts in Winston-Salem. From there, she performed professionally at the Alliance Theatre and Wits End Dinner Theatre in Atlanta, Georgia. When she had a profound encounter with the Lord, she left her profession to marry her childhood sweetheart and enter into a ministry that has spanned over 40 years. She and her husband, Larry, are the proud parents of four children and eight grandchildren. Susan’s copious career includes running for the North Carolina State Senate and authoring the historical biography, And There Was Evening, And There Was Morning.
