Emris Stardust

Dasha (Emris Stardust) is a Ukrainian military interpreter, author, volunteer, and certified PTSD coach. She works alongside international partners training Ukrainian soldiers, helping bridge language, culture, and military doctrine in high-pressure environments where clear communication matters.

Over time, her focus shifted toward modern warfare, particularly FPV drones, electronic warfare (EW), unmanned systems, and the lessons emerging from the war in Ukraine. Through her books, she challenges outdated military thinking and explores how technology is rapidly transforming the battlefield.

Rather than romanticizing war, Dasha strives to present it honestly - sharing practical lessons, hard-earned observations, and the realities faced by soldiers on the front lines. Her writing is known for combining professional insight with a healthy dose of dark military humor, because sometimes laughter is one of the few things that helps people endure difficult times.

Beyond her professional work, Dasha actively volunteers in support of Ukrainian military units, assisting brigades with various fundraising and aid initiatives. All proceeds from her military-related books are directed to support the Armed Forces of Ukraine and the National Guard of Ukraine.

Through her writing and volunteer work, she seeks to share hard-earned lessons, challenge outdated assumptions, and provide an honest perspective on modern warfare as it continues to evolve on the battlefields of Ukraine.
