Frank M. Marks

Frank M. Marks has been working in IT for over 40 years. After starting out as a network technician in a data center environment, his career path took him through roles as a project manager, IT manager, and senior consultant (at IBM and Siemens) to his current position. He is now the lead specialist for IT Service Continuity Management (ITSCM) at a large, central public IT service provider in North Rhine-Westphalia. He is a Certified ITSC Manager (CITSCM), a certified Business Continuity Manager (CBCM), a certified Crisis Manager (CCM), a certified Resilience Manager (CReM), a certified KRITIS Auditor, a certified KRITIS Resilience Manager, a certified Risk Manager, and a certified Emergency and Crisis Manager. He also studied psychology.
