Michael Colon

Michael Colon is the author of The River’s Journey, a deeply personal story inspired by the passing of his son, in 2015 at just 1 year and 3 months old. Much like the story itself, though his life was brief yet impactful, leaving behind a lasting presence. Through his writing, Michael hopes to bring readers a sense of comfort and the belief that nothing truly ends.

A native of Pennsylvania, Michael balances a full-time career with being a devoted father to four children—plus one angel. In his free time, he enjoys running, car modifying, and exploring nature. The River’s Journey is his first book, but certainly not his last. He is already working on his next special project, continuing to tell stories that resonate with the heart.
