Tara Heaton

In a mission-driven pursuit to cure her daughter's seizure disorder, Tara Heaton began to study the brain as it relates to memory, human behavior, cognitive function, and neuroplasticity. After many years of study, she combined her decades as a business owner and corporate vice-president with her knowledge of neuroeconomics to create her company En Pointe Communication and her signature platform, Talk to the Brain™.

Talk to the Brain™ is designed to help teams and individual clients communicate for deeper connection and greater impact. It is the foundation for Tara’s workshops, keynotes, and writing and coaching services that help clients tell unforgettable stories, strengthen teams, and develop leaders. She teaches strategies and techniques based on what delights and influences the overstimulated minds in today’s noisy world. Tara believes that the most crucial component of success at work and fulfillment in life is our ability to create and elevate deep, trusting relationships.
