Dr. Tim Brendle

My name is Tim Brendle, DNP, RN and a seasoned healthcare leader, visionary, and advocate for nursing excellence with over 30 years of perioperative nursing and operational experience. I'm currently CEO of a healthcare consulting company, and a retired COO/Senior VP of Perioperative and Procedural Services within a renowned academic medical center. I have spent over three decades driving transformative change in complex healthcare environments.

I hold a Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) degree with a focus on advanced executive leadership in highly matrixed organizations, and change management. As an advocate for continuous improvement, diversity and inclusion, I have developed innovative programs that address unconscious bias, improve healthcare access for minority populations and support underrepresented groups in nursing. My work has achieved numerous awards, including the Earl B. Higgins Health Leadership in Diversity Award and the SC Palmetto Gold Top 100 Nurses in Nursing Excellence.
