James Howard Trott

Jim is a Boomer born and raised in Montana, "higher edjicated" in Massachusetts (where he met his wife of more than 5 decades) and residing in Philadelphia. His first published work was a doorstop of an anthology, a collection of Christian Poetry in English from Caedmon to the mid-Twentieth Century. That's the subtitle. The title is A Sacrifice of Praise (Cuymberland House). In the 26 years since, he has published close to thirty books under the Oak and Yew Press imprint on Createspace and Kindle. These include novels, poetry, historical monographs, philosophical and theological explorations, llght-hearted lit., and recently a collection of the author's own song lyrics. His wife, Roseann is also an author, having edited Lectures from Jack Miller : the Modern Theological Novel. (Wipf and Stock)

Jim is active in his church, a woodworker, nature photographer, minor musician, and with his wife a forager, particularly of wild mushrooms.

He enjoys a crowd of grandchildren, and appreciates their parents' production, maintenance, and oversight thereof.
