Víctor Stanger (born in 1996, Valparaíso) holds a degree in Musicology, with studies in Medieval Musicology at Ludwig Maximilian Universität München. He has extensively studied Greek literature and esotericism throughout history, with a particular focus on 19th-century schools of thought. Among his influences are authors such as Eliphas Lévi and Helena Blavatsky, in addition to having explored the Hermetic canon, Rosicrucianism, and Freemasonry.
He is the director of La Emperatriz, a publishing house founded with the goal of disseminating esoteric traditions and facilitating access to fundamental texts. Inspired by the legacy of classical publishing houses like Kier, he considers it essential to organize a complete catalog of the various esoteric traditions, from classical Greek literature to the medieval period, as well as modern contributions from Theosophy and Freemasonry.
Currently, he is beginning his role as a translator and developing technologies for automating editorial processes, such as text correction and layout design. His academic interest drives him to specialize in medieval literature and to complete the canons of ancient literatures that have not been fully translated into Spanish. His work focuses on recovering lost Rosicrucian texts, Masonic documents from medieval operative Freemasonry that have only been preserved in English, as well as ancient Greek papyri and other historically significant works.
Beyond rescuing these texts, he aims to archive them in a clear and structured manner, organizing key manuscripts from diverse traditions into pedagogical collections. His approach is to facilitate study, ensuring that readers have access to the true foundational texts of the occult sciences, avoiding distractions, and guiding them on a path of progressive learning.
If you seek esoteric texts presented with rigor and respect for their tradition, his publications will be an invaluable resource in your journey of study and research.
