Jochen supports successful business leaders and coaches to slow down, be more present, and have greater resilience to do what they love—without burning out.
His coaching leverages ancient Tibetan wisdom and practices that seamlessly blend into daily life and workplaces, alongside tools from psychology, neuroscience, and his experience as a cofounder and executive in impact-driven organizations in Europe and the US.
After his Masters in Psychology, Neuroscience and Management, Jochen worked as change manager and leadership coach. In 2005, he and his wife took an open-ended sabbatical to travel in a van from Germany to the Himalayas where they experienced firsthand the life-transforming impact of the ancient Dzogchen tradition, the pinnacle teaching of Tibetan Buddhism. They have been living and sharing these teachings and practices ever since.
