John Denny

Author John Denny was first published at age 11. His love of reading and writing has never stopped growing. He lives in Chandler, Arizona with his three children, wife, and sidekick a textbook Beagle. He has lived and traveled all over the world which gave him a curious and inclusive mind set. John loves sports, played them all, coached them all, and to his wife's dismay constantly watches them all. His playing days are over but he spends a lot of time outdoors and loves snow skiing.

John has written a few novels, a pile of short stories, and scripts for TV and film. Drew's Big Buff Brain is his favorite. Partnering with an incredible fellow like Drew was ridiculously fun. The pro reading theme and the value of reading message makes this book the most important thing he's ever done. Drew's Big Buff Brain is a wonderful resource for teachers, librarians and parents, to share this message to all children and especially reluctant readers.
