Dr. Tilantine Benjamin

Dr. Tilantine Benjamin is a federal supervisory management analyst, leading initiatives in leadership development, recruitment, and succession planning. A results-driven trailblazer, she has led Lean Six Sigma Black Belt projects, achieving multimillion-dollar savings, and spearheaded award-winning executive mentorship programs. A former K-12 educator, she earned accolades for excellence in STEM instruction, including recognition from a governor. She holds degrees from Hampton, Trinity Washington, and Towson Universities, and a doctorate from Grand Canyon University where she studied Organizational Leadership emphasizing Organizational Development.
