Robin A. Clark is a retired cardiac nurse with numerous publications in medical journals. She recently authored Shhhh, Breathe and Battling Adult Philadelphia Positive Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia: The Real Fight for Those with Ph+ALL, detailing her and her husband’s experiences during a clinical study for a rare leukemia and his bone marrow transplant. These works offer valuable tools and insights for others facing similar diagnoses.
Robin’s passion for writing continued with Naked Without a Hat: An Extraordinary Adventure Through Astrocartography. After four years of widowhood, she embraced single life and whimsically chronicled her self-discovery journey through Greece, inspired by an encounter with an astrocartographer. Her first novel, Spiraling Waters: The End of the Phoenix, celebrates her PhD in Metaphysics. This fast-paced Indiana Jones-style archaeological adventure follows two families, unaware of each other, who travel through space and time via reincarnation on a synchronistic mission to save the human spirit and planet Earth.
Robin also patented a female supplement, Fem-Ease, for Interstitial Cystitis (patent # US6143300A, Sept 2000). In 2003, she owned and operated two successful restaurants in Oregon and rezoned a 216-acre waterfront parcel to develop a high-end multi-unit RV resort at the mouth of the Coos River. She earned her PhD in Metaphysics and a Master’s in Divinity in 2009.
Robin is the proud mother of two children: one a decorated Iraq war veteran with two Purple Hearts, and the other a practicing esthetician. She also has two beautiful grandchildren. When not writing, she enjoys golf, oil painting, beading, gardening, camping, and long walks on the beach. She currently resides in Bandon, Oregon, and continues to write.
