Dr. Ced McMillan

Dr. Ced McMillan, affectionally called "PC" by his congregation, is a BOLD, ANOINTED, UNIQUE Voice to this Generation. He serves as Legacy Pastor and Overseer of New Birth Community Church in Mobile, AL and CEO of both Empowerment Financial Solutions, LLC. and CD McMillan Ministries.

Ced is known for his gift of revelation, innovative strategies and his tremendous heart to see transformation established in the lives of believers. His purpose is to ACTIVATE gifts, draw out DESTINY, and maximize the potential in this GENERATION and in GENERATIONS to come for effective kingdom building!

He and his wife/ministry co-laborer, Dr. LaChish, are the proud parents of Madison, CJ, Judah, Zion, and Izzy.
