Amber Golden

Amber Golden is a dynamic force who has spent her life embracing reinvention and helping others find purpose, resilience, and freedom at every stage and in many sectors. With a diverse background spanning several industries, Amber began her career with a degree in interior design. Seeking a path to work with Oprah Winfrey as a set designer led her to an early role in television production as a Line Producer. After a period as a stay-at-home mom when her children were little, while seeking the right fit school for her own kids she was called next to innovate in education, where she founded and led an innovative project based learning empire and charter school system across 4 states, with 700 employees. For fifteen years, she passionately dedicated her time to shaping young minds and teaching children the foundations of entrepreneurship.

After her divorce during the pandemic and seeking financial independence, Amber applied her vision and leadership skills to the investment world, running a multifamily syndication company. Through each career shift, she honed a unique perspective on the power of reinvention and the importance of financial freedom as a resource to focus on what matters - leaving the world better than she found it.

Today, Amber dedicates her work to guiding and coaching adults in the principles of entrepreneurship, both individuals and corporations, in organizational development, strategy, scaling and leadership.

Her true love is coaching individual women (and men) in the later stages of life, who are ready to redefine their futures. Drawing from her own journey, she guides her clients to becoming financially free, often through retaining or building wealth and launching new businesses. Her mission is to empower mature women (and men) harness their strengths, build lasting legacies, and embrace their potential as empowered entrepreneurs and investors by inventing their own future.
