Rapi Kandukira, MBA is an author, speaker, mentor, entrepreneur, wife, and

mother, passionately dedicated to empowering women to awaken to their royal

identity and worth in Christ. With over 20 years of experience in ministry and

leadership, Rapi is the founder and CEO of Queen on Purpose, an organization

that inspires women to rise as modern-day Esthers, leading with excellence and

making a powerful impact in every area of life—including the marketplace.

Rapi believes that every woman is uniquely designed to reign in her sphere of

influence, and she has devoted her life to helping others recognize and fulfill

their divine purpose. She lives in Orange County, California with her husband

and four children.
