Laurent Le Feuvre

Laurent Le Feuvre holds a Doctorate in Business Administration (DBA) from Junia, specialising in artificial intelligence. His thesis focused on driving adaptive change towards AI in French industrial SMEs by assessing the AI receptiveness of French employees and characterising the AI transformation leader. His first book, based on his thesis, was published in October 2024 by Ellipses. He also holds a Master's degree in Mechatronics and is a graduate of Audencia Business School Nantes.

The author began his career as a design engineer in 2007 with an SME specialising in radiocommunications, where he quickly progressed to the position of project manager. Five years later, he joined the Alcen group as Project Manager for the defence sector, before joining Sysoco, a national leader in radiocommunications, in October 2014. In 2019, the Vinci Energies group acquired Sysoco under the name Axians private mobile networks. He will be appointed business manager and will manage projects to deploy radio communication solutions for local authorities and industrial companies in the Brittany and Poitou Charentes regions.

In 2022, he decided to leave industry for teaching, joining Icam (Institut Catholique des Arts et Métiers) in France. At this general engineering school, he teaches project management, business management, contract law and leadership. He also designs and leads the school's mechatronics and digital twin projects.

His research activity concerns the management of change, the acceptance and use of new technologies, in particular the uses of artificial intelligence.
