Owen Sommerfeld

Owen M. Sommerfeld is an avid fan of science fiction books, movies and shows, as well as an enthusiastic consumer of scientific literature. He spent his childhood dreaming of the stars, and continues to do so into adulthood. On one hand he is fascinated and in awe as to what the universe may contain. On the other, he is horrified as to what those contents may mean for us as thinking beings. These feelings were, in no small part, the drivers of the ideas behind his works. He enjoys amateur astronomy, the construction of scale models of cosmic objects and distances, and woodworking. But most of all, he loves to relax and get cozy while reading or thinking about the vastness of reality, both in mind and matter. He lives in British Columbia.
