Having learnt about the horrors of animal agriculture, I decided to turn vegan the next day. I found the benefits to be rewarding to me as an MS patient who enjoys exercising. Not worried about any broken messages from my brain to my limbs as having a plant-based diet makes things clearer. I needed to find a way to let everyone else who I know about how welcoming and fun it is to have a vegan diet.
I need it to add a bit of humour to it as I know many people snare at veganism but I thought a bit of laughter me coax them into trying vegan food .
When my father had a severe fall I was keen to only feed him plant-based meals in order for his own body to become his own pharmacy. I believe that humans need to know that they can heal themselves if they don't clog up with dead animals 😁
My next book is called. Give peas a chance 🙂
I travelled from the south coast to North London passing that graffiti and I thought well that's kind of a great play on words. Maybe I can use it for my next book. As I am fully aware that eating a plant-based diet can be used to aid and correct illness, I wanted to learn more about just eating peas. I learnt just how valuable eating and drinking pea milk is, especially when it comes to the high levels of protein. I don't like being scientific but when I wrote this I needed to how scientific knowledge included.
So my books are
Shirley tries a new diet
