Stephen Rockwell

Stephen Rockwell is a social impact leader whose career focuses on innovation and social change.

Currently, Stephen is focused on leveraging AI to solve our most pressing socio-economic problems to ensure that communities receive the support they need to thrive. He is the founder of Mutare Mundum LLC and Senior Advisor with Project Evident.

Stephen builds innovative technology products and services for social impact such as the first wifi networks in low-income neighborhoods to address the digital divide, the first digital membership cards of any venue at National Aquarium, rebuilding Charity Navigator's rating system to focus on program impact, and one of the first GenAI tools for impact at Benefits Data Trust.

He holds a MBA from MIT Sloan School of Management, a MPA from Harvard Kennedy School, and a BS in Policy Analysis and Management from Cornell University.

Stephen lives in Philadelphia loving his wife, his two children and his dog.
