Layal Nassar

Dr. Layal Nassar is an entrepreneur, educator, and advocate for women's empowerment in the workplace. With a PhD in International Relations and Diplomacy and master's degrees in communications and Translation, she has dedicated her career to storytelling, media, and education. After experiencing firsthand the challenges of workplace discrimination, she transformed adversity into opportunity by founding OMUEVRSE, a content and media management company in the United Kingdom that champions entrepreneurship, resilience, and inclusivity.

Through her writing, she sheds light on the realities faced by women in the workforce, inspiring them to rise, reinvent, and reclaim their power. "Fired While Expecting: Rise and Reinvent" is her debut novel, blending real-life experiences with an uplifting message of perseverance.

When she's not writing or leading OMUEVRSE, Dr. Nassar mentors aspiring entrepreneurs and teaching university students.
