Joshua Becker

Soul Mission is a novel that I spent more than a decade working on, a project that brought me across the United States to various writing conferences and led to meeting individuals from all walks of life. This book and my writing endeavors continue to be a mission of love that I hope will long endure, from my heart to yours.

Other books are in the works, including a novel that combines romantic comedy and speculative elements. My goal is to also write children’s books, both picture books and novels for young readers, likely with elements of the Spanish language and/or Hispanic culture.

I have been writing and editing professionally for over ten years—without detracting from my passion for education as a Spanish teacher. In fact, writing stimulates my creative juices so that my curriculum and teaching is more innovative and effective. In addition to writing academic curriculum, I have published in the genres of creative non-fiction, journalism, and business writing. I edit books and have contributed to magazines, newspapers, business newsletters, and websites.
