Emily Teuscher

Hello Travelers! My name is Emily Teuscher and I am the author behind The CopperSpoon Chronicles. I grew up in central Oregon where I really found myself as a creative. My hobbies included making music as part of my school band and local youth choir, making weird and creepy art, hanging out with friends, and of course: cooking. Eventually I would outgrow the small town I grew up in, only to move to an even smaller town. I hated it for a while but soon enough I found the love of my life and now fiancé Brett. Together we ran an etsy shop selling art until one day I would make a bowl of soup that changed our lives. After the roasted garlic and potato soup video went viral we would go on to create The CopperSpoon Inn and Tavern, a virtual place of comfort food and cozy fantasy vibes. There I portray the character of Cob CopperSpoon, welcoming travelers from all over the world and preparing them a warm meal.
