Chi Uzochukwu is a storyteller working at the intersection of fiction and cultural memory. His debut novel, The Virgin's Dream, follows a journey of mystery, love, and self-discovery, shaped by years of travel, a close study of history and faith, and a habit of paying attention to the world most people walk past.
Chi is also the founder of Umuigbo, a growing digital archive dedicated to preserving Igbo language, stories, and history for the next generation — work that has already drawn the attention of UK Members of Parliament and is finding its way into schools. His latest title, 100 Whys for the Curious Igbo Child, carries that same mission to young readers, and is the first of a planned three-part series.
When he's not writing, Chi can be found exploring nature, getting lost in old texts and documentaries, or quietly working through both over a strong cup of coffee.
