Wendy Willhoit

I am a 54 year old woman who started rebuilding my life 6 and 1/2 years ago. The life that started out in addiction and continued in addiction for most of my life is not going to define me. I am defined by the One who created me. I have let Him mold me into the person that I am today. That does not mean that I am where I want to be or where He is going to take me, it just means that I am not where I once was. Today I have a beautiful 21 year old daughter that I love and I get to be a mother to her everyday. I get to be a sister to my sister and brother, that though we weren't raised together, doesn't mean we can't spend the rest of our lives becoming a family. I also get to be a co-worker and friend, something that I was not able to do for years. Today I get to help people that are on the streets suffering like I once did. Today I want to show them the hope that I found in Jesus. Together I believe that we can save so many lives through the ministry of Hit the streets for Jesus and that is why 50% of the profits of my book is going to help those on the streets.
