Patrick Dugan

Patrick ‘Dixie’ Dugan was born and raised in the city of Buffalo New York. He is a 23 year veteran of the Buffalo Police Department where he served from 1968 to 1991, retiring as a Lieutenant. Most of his writing and signature sense of dark humor is directly inspired by his time patrolling the streets of the city he has always called home. He has strong ties to the Amish community of Allegheny County New York, and has been an avid reader and film connoisseur his entire life.
