Mary Rogers

Mary A. Rogers currently resides in Northern California, tucked away in a little cabin in the woods. She is a poet, writer, and story collector. She has been published in several online publications as well as being a contributing writer to three anthologies published by Indie Blu(e) Publishing: We Will Not Be Silenced: The Lived Experience of Sexual Harassment and Sexual Assault Told Powerfully Through Poetry, Prose, Essay, and Art, Through The Looking Glass: Reflecting on Madness and Chaos Within, and But You Don’t Look Sick: The Real Life Adventures of Fibro Bitches, Lupus Warriors, and other Superheroes Battling Invisible Illness.

Her writings have also been featured in Elephant Journal, Gathering Stories, House of Citrine, Huffington Post, Idaho Magazine, Medium, The OC87 Recovery Diaries, Tampa Review (61/62), The Tattooed Buddha, and The Urban Howl. Ms. Rogers is also a regular contributor to Medium and Vocal.

As a verified Native (Apsáalooke/Crow) and Korean (her father was born in Seoul), her walk in this life is very close to the land and all that inhabits the wild. While she has many passions, including gardening and sourdough, her greatest passion will always be getting naked on paper.
